The Dog Garden has been a fantastic experience for our dog. We sent him there until he was six months old and he goes every now and then now that he's an adult. The pick up/drop off service is incredibly convenient and every time he goes he comes back completely tuckered out. I also like that the dogs get to run around outside in the sun, but when it's cold, wet and nasty there's a warm indoor area for them as well. Would definitely recommend Karen and her team!Tanya, Facebook - 5 Star Review
The dog garden is the best thing I've done for my high energy girl. Wednesdays are her favourite day of the week. She has a dog garden hangover for 2 days afterwards. She's that tired out from playing with her friends!! Thanks so much to Karen and her team!!Emma, Facebook - 5 Star Review
Ruby absolutely loves going to The Dog Garden and gets so excited when she hears the front gate open on Dog Garden days. So awesome that they pick our girl up in the mornings and drop her off in the evenings. She comes home absolutely knackered after a full day of playing with her friends, and we love hearing the stories that The Dog Garden team tell us about her days! She also stays at Marge's house when we go away for long weekends, which is super handy too - as she's with someone that both her, and we, know and trust!Melanie, Facebook - 5 Star Review
If you really need convincing...
Mister Barkington's at home all day by his lonesome while I go to work. Sometimes I worry about him, all alone in the house. What's he doing? He can't exactly play Xbox without opposable thumbs.
The Dog Garden are here with the answer - a day of doggy daycare! For just $17.50, they'll pick up your pooch for a day of fun at their beautiful dog daycare garden in Lower Hutt, then drop them home when the day is over. Your dog can relax on bean bags or the leather couch in the Dog Lounge, play with other dogs, sunbathe on the deck, splash around in the pool, explore in the bush, cosy up in front of the fire or hang out with their awesome staff. There's plenty to keep your dog busy for the day.
The Dog Garden caters for small to medium dogs under 20kgs and has a max of 15 dogs with each staff members so every dog gets special attention. These guys take a different approach to doggy daycare - getting dogs outside in the fresh air and sunshine is their point of difference, helping stimulate the body, mind and senses of the dogs.
They promote safe, social play - your dog will come home happy, relaxed and tired after a day out. They run a selected breeds policy, turning away dominant and aggressive dogs that aren't suited to a group play environment (i.e. pitbulls). The Dog Garden pride themselves on great customer service and getting to know dogs and their owners so they can best meet their needs.
Why, Mister Barkington, this sounds pretty good, doesn't it? In fact, how about you to the office and I go to doggy daycare instead?
Mister Barkington disagrees. Guess it's up to me to click that Buy Now button and treat him to an awesome day out!
