For 9kg LPG Refill: Cylinder must be "in test". To check whether your cylinder is in test, check the last inspection date which is stamped on the collar, neck or footing of the gas cylinder. In New Zealand LPG cylinders are required by law to be certified by an authorised LPG testing facility once every ten years
