The breakfast menu is full of all sorts of delicious things including a great range of bagels, award-winning granola with rhubarb berry compote and vanilla yoghurt, eggs any way you like them, the Spanish omelette, french toast, corn & zucchini fritters and the famous Pickles Breaky (ciabatta, mini chorizo, sauteed mushrooms, grileld bacon, tomatoes, pickles and hash browns).
And the lunch menu just gets even more exciting! There's a whole range of salads, including cajun chicken, Thai beef and Crispy Squid, as well as the mouth-watering beef burger and fish & chips. Why not enjoy the seafood pasta in a spicy, creamy tomato sauce? Or there's the green pea risotto with minted pea puree and sautéed spinach folded in a creamy lemon scented risotto?
You'll find Pickles Café in Mairangi Bay, off Apollo Drive and on the way to the Millennium Institute. It's a great place to kick back, relax and enjoy good food and good company.
