- You'll be looked after by experienced, qualified trainers who specialise in weight loss, toning, muscle gain, rehab, conditioning & athletic development

Hmmmm. Turns out eating lots of flan is not gonna fly. Time to flan plan some new flitness fitness goals - and fortunately the expert team at FITME has you covered!
Get a jump start on your spring fitness goals with 6 weeks of bootcamp sessions! Been a while since you last trained? Head on down to the beginner sessions Mondays/Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7pm. After a bit more of a challenge? Take on the advanced sessions, Monday through Friday 6 - 7am and Tuesdays/Thursdays 6 - 7pm. Your sessions will be held outdoors or under cover, depending on the weather (so no excuses!).
With this 6 week package, you attend as many bootcamp sessions as you like! To kick things off, you'll get a weigh-in/measurement session when you start, and a progress tracking booklet to keep you on track. The FITME team will even hook you up with nutrition tips to help you get the most out of your training.
