Start your summer workout as part of an exciting, women’s only bootcamp! With options for a 4, 8 and 12 week programme - there’s something to suit your fitness goals!
Your fully qualified fitness instructor, Jordan Harris will guide, coach and support you throughout the challenging programme. The classes are fun, friendly, female-only classes which are conducted in a non-judgmental environment , where all fitness levels welcome.
Build your fitness level each week with a combination of (HIIT) Box/Kickfit High Intensity Interval Training, Strength Training including Kettlebells and Medicine Balls, and Combat Aerobic Cardio and Circuits.
The classes focus is to help you with body toning, coordination, confidence, flexibility, cardiovascular health and meeting new like-minded people - and having a bundle of fun while doing it!
(NB: Children are also welcome provided you can keep them occupied at all times.)
