Valid for the entire Wellington region, as far north as Masterton. All of Wellington includes: Seatoun, Karori, Newtown, Island Bay, Miramar, Oriental Parade, Petone, Eastbourne, The Hutt, Whitby, Johnsonville, Tawa, Newlands over to Porirua
Parking must be provided/available without cost within 50m of dwelling
Full perimeter of dwelling must be accessible by path/walkway/steps at least 1m width
Max horizontal reach of areas to be cleaned from ground-level is 3.5m. Max vertical height of areas to be cleaned from ground level is 7.0m (no work will be undertaken from ladders or roof)
Valid only for house size specified. If the property is larger than specified on the voucher or if there are multiply layers of roofing and obstacles there may be an additional charge. If so, you will be told prior to the gutter clean and roof inspection and can either ask for a full refund or pay the additional to WashIt Wellington
