- Monday: Bootcamp 6:00-7:00pm
- Tuesday: Core-fit 7:40-8:40pm
- Wednesday: Yoga Stretch 7:10-8:10pm (with Pilates fusion)
- Friday: Bootcamp 5:30-6:30pm
- These classes are taught by John and Erica. Qualified instructors with years of experience, they’re friendly, dedicated and sure to make you feel welcome

Taught by Erica, Yoga Stretch is a mix of yoga stretching techniques with Pilates elements, covering a wide range of body postures providing health benefits from muscle toning to mind relaxation with a core fitness workout. The focus is to relieve day to day stressors, provide a relaxing environment, develop strength and improve flexibility.
Held Wednesdays running 12 October until 14 December
Taught by John with over 14 years experience running Bootcamps, his classes are designed to provide a fun, enjoyable challenge with a mixture of weights and cardio based exercises.
Before running Bootcamps John was in the US Navy where he developed his skills for teaching these dynamic and physical training programs. Following the Navy John moved on to manage and own Bootcamp training franchises, notably Fit Body Bootcamp and Adventure Bootcamp.
Unlike other Bootcamps, Affinity's Bootcamp specialises in the use of a huge range of exercise equipment, interval training and body-weight exercises. John has proven himself to get long-lasting results!
Held Mondays & Fridays running 10 October until 16 December
Taught by Erica, Core-fit is based around a combination of stretching and core strength building exercises. Using workout equipment including Swiss balls, steps, medicine balls and various weights gear ensures you’ll receive the best lean muscle growth, core toning and cardio workout.
