Whether you are an athlete or a body builder, or simply the everyday person looking to lose weight or gain muscle one of these two will be able to help you. The nutrition plans are customised to cater for the clients individual goals and go into detail as to the amount of calories and macronutrients per meal, as well as providing different meal options and specifying brands. Their aim is to make healthy eating easy for the client by removing any guesswork. Along with a fun and professional service, their plans will be the fastest route to the clients goal and can be catered to any fitness level from the first time gym user to advance athletes.
Personalised nutrition & weight loss programme
The nutrition plans are customised to cater for your individual goals and go into detail as to the amount of calories and macronutrients per meal, as well as providing different meal options and specifying brands. The aim is to make healthy eating easy for you by removing any guesswork and the plans are all about choices, providing a variety of options at each meal. They are not based around an expensive gym membership, although we do encourage physical activity as part of a holistic approach to health. The consultation includes a body fat analysis for monitoring purposes (showing percentage of fat, fat in kilograms and lean muscle mass). You will also be provided with options for eating out.
As part of option 2 you will also get a follow-up consultation where you will be able to measure the success of your hard work. The plan can be altered if needed based on how your body is responding and adjustments might be made to your exercise guideline. This is to ensure that you keep progressing towards your goal, to monitor your results (via body fat analysis) and to change your meal plan as your body progresses. This helps to ensure long term success and add variation to your diet. Exercise recommendations are also modified to provide ongoing success.
