So what is Ceroc?
This dance derives from a range of dance styles, and can easily be considered a fusion of salsa and jive, but without the complicated footwork. Put simply, Ceroc is a fun and social night out with a backdrop of learning to dance.
It’s this easy: walk in and dance out. Ceroc is the easiest partner dance style to learn. Anyone can do it. It's fun, easy and you don't need a partner - just come along by yourself or with a group of friends. It may even be the best way to get fit, stay fit and meet people.
