Availability

- Travel charges may apply outside these areas, payable directly to Green House Painting
- Available by appointment. Not valid: Public holidays
Conditions of the Deal
- The moss and mould treatment is subject to additional cost depending on the level of treatment required
- Additional charge of $60+GST per man hour applies for any extra work required. Valid for corrugate iron roofs in excellent condition only (repairs are not included). Other roof types require extra paint / time, slower application / more delicate movement. Contact the merchant to discuss pricing options for all other roof types
- Roof area will be more than house area (typically by approx 30%). Roofs with sections adjoining exterior walls will incur extra costs. Some access conditions may apply
- Valid only for the area specified. For areas larger than 180m² or for a steep roof, please contact the merchant to discuss pricing options
- You can purchase a voucher and if there are additional charges for extra steep roof or larger roof, then you can pay the difference directly to Green House, they are happy to discuss this with you. Any rust or roof repairs incur extra cost
- Does not include soffits, fascias or guttering. Surcharge applies for masking, brush work and high roofs. Offer does not include scaffolding
- The Greenhouse team are very safety conscious. Roof repairs and extensive preparation may be subject to added costs. Depending on the type and pitch of roof, harnesses may be required - extra costs will apply. Weather and hazards may cause the job to be rescheduled but everyone will be communicated with
- All surcharges payable directly to Green House Painting
- Entire voucher must be used in one booking. Maximum one voucher may be purchased for personal use. Vouchers for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer.
